I'm still here! The hot weather hasn't helped because my foot puffed up, and for a few days I couldn't get any shoes on to support it, but!!! I'm now able to WALK up and down stairs, instead of on my bum, I can walk a few steps without crutches, and I can balance on my injured foot for a whole 20 seconds.
My local NHS Physio department has reopened, and I've had two video consults with a fantastic lady who has given me exercises to do and they are really helping. She is determined to have me running again!
Mr grumpy is delighted that I can now do some of the cooking π
This is going to take a while, there is still a lot of ligament damage, swelling and bruising, but I'll get there eventually. Meanwhile I'm enjoying reading everyone else's posts π
