I posted last week that was getting back into form by running Day 3 of C25K of each of the weeks.
Due to time pressures I only managed to do Week 2 this morning. A little tough as it was on a steepish valley.
But the best news this week: in the 13 months since starting to run I’m on my lowest meds ever for diabetes T2 for a 3 month trial. Thanks to more sensible diet, less of the Loser Juice and above all - running!
