Now I’m on W13 R2 next but I’ve just done W13 R1 today and gym tomorrow and I have park run on Saturday but was thinking of running on Friday W13 R2 or is that to much just before park run as I would love to graduate as soon as I can as I loved today’s run 5min walk 22min run 1 min walk repeat 2 times then 5min walk in total I did 7.4k I’m loving my 10K journey more than my 5k at the moment yay 😀 😉

I’d take Friday off and rest up for parkrun on Saturday. Otherwise you’ll be too tired I think. Or you could risk an injury.

I do not think yet that you should run on consecutive days, only after running for more than 6 months is it wise to do that, I think you graduated from C25K in June or was it July, better be safe and avoid any injuries.

There's plenty of time so why risk injury? It really isn't worth it. Extend the pleasure of looking forward to the big event 😂😂

No don’t do it. You need for your body to recover before park run
