Good morning all ! Hope you are all well . This morning I'm going to start the B210k. The one that davelinks posted me. After 5min warm up I shall run for 10 mins and walk for 1 min repeating this 4 times 3 times on the first week.
I did try yesterday on the treadmill but messed it up. I was switching my garmen off every time I walked for the minute so at the end I hadn't even got past the 5k mark.! What a twit!π.
Anyhoo ! Will let you know how it went,in the Forest of Dean.

I don't think it's 4 times a week. So week one is 10mins 4 times with 1 minute walks in between each 10 mins ,so run for 10 walk for 1 min. So do this three times a week for your first week . As each progresses then the amount of runs become less for every week but they become longer. Hope this explains it a bit better.Thats how I read the programme.
