I’ve just finished w9 R2 on 10K app and feeling great I slowed down today as it is a little bit warm today so 5min walk 10 min run 1 min walk x4 then 5min cool down just like ct5k but a bit longer and harder so that’s my next goal to run a 10K but doing it correctly like using this app not as good as ct5k not much encouragement on the app but don’t need it now as I am a runner the app says 5 min walk run walk cool down that’s it lol 😂 never mind I’m not complaining it’s free by zenlabs 10K

Good run for you today Kev, once I run a couple of Parkruns I will increase my distance slowly by a kilometer a run, I'll set that metromone app I installed recently to a reasonably comfortable 162 steps a minute, I have already twice ran a 5K in 38 minutes at 162 so if I continued at a kilometer more a run I might be able to run a 10K at around 1 hour 15/16 minutes, I am not rushing anything, just see how it goes.
I don't take that app or my Smartphone to parkruns.

A lot of us used Ju-Ju’s bridge to 10km calculations. Worked for me. Sounds like you’re on track to get to 10km without a problem ⚡️
