molly1973 ..saw this and thought of you...and everyone else...because you know it's TRUE xx
Just saying....: molly1973 ..saw this and... - Bridge to 10K
Just saying....
Absolutely! And I’ve had plenty of awful runs!
Spot on Bev.❤️💪
It helps also when you have just received a new Garmin Music..🤔Just saying.🙈🤣🤣
You are a star⭐️🏃♀️👏👏☄️
I hope you are not like that lady in the photo Mummycav after you have completed a run
Hey! Mummycav let that be me! never wanted a bad run so bad 😂
Perfect timing, as usual! After months of not running due to injury, I am finally starting back again... won't be doing a 10K again for some time as I'm starting really slow, at the beginning again... but hey, as your photo says, even a slow, walk-run, is better then no run at all!
xxx
🙌🏽!! Love this! I’m doing just 10 minutes daily at the moment. It’s my own little morning wake up. It’s definitely better than no run at all and there’s little the gremlins can say about a little 10 minute run. ⚔️ 🥋
I’ve done a little bit more occasionally, but I’m very happy with that for now! Yep, it’s still a run and for me...it counts! 😂❤️
Thanks for posting this - I definitely needed to be reminded of this today! Had a week off due to a sore ankle only to manage just 2.5k this morning before I gave up with a painful knee! Aargh! 😒BUT it was a run nonetheless! Hope your runs are going well. 🙂
Too true! 👏🏼 I applaud from the IC ☹️, so especially heartfelt.
Thankyou Granspeed ...from the road to the IC, sending you healing hugs...you listened to your body though and resting is what you need, for now xx
So true! 👍👏😊
That's what I say to disappointed Parkrunners who feel they have had a rubbish run - still better than staying in bed.
Except the one where I tore my hamstring, or the one where I tore my soleus muscle...
Having been on the IC for almost 3 months I can only agree whole heartedly (the only 'real' bad runs are those where you know an injury has flared up - and they are really bad; the rest are simply preparing you for the full pleasure of your next run)
That's so true linda9389 ...the bad runs make the good ones feel soooooo good x
Strangely enough I've just got back from a horrible run . . . planned on an 8k, ran 5k, walked 1k then ran the final 2k 😒 . . . hot, humid, felt very tired and had to run through muddy puddles the size of small lakes 😒
I've been out this morning too orangeguy and my run wasnt the best...planned just a 3k coz I want to do parkrun in the morning, ran the firs 1k...then had to stop...and that's basically how the run went BUT I wasnt still lying in bed I was out there, in the rain, doing my thing....and so were you! Good for us 💪🏃🏼♀️🏃♂️
