Saying Hi!

I just wanted to pop in and say hello to you all. I graduated C25K in December (i think!) and have been slowly increasing my runs at my own rate over the last few weeks. This morning I ran my furthest yet - 8.2K! I'm not following the Bridge podcasts and don't really have a grand goal in mind, I'm just seeing what I can achieve.

Anyway, I wanted to swing by and introduce myself. Oldfloss said she'd meet me here...

I'd better get a move on though, I'm supposed to be leaving for work in 20 mins!!!

Looking forward to chatting with you all :)

Very well done. Running 5k is a real achievement but now you have done over 8k! I run three times a week and used to do 2 x 5k and one long run. I did the same as you, just added a bit when I felt it was going well. I find the short and long runs gives my legs time to recover too
