Just wanted to introduce myself. I finished C25K mid January and I have been running a mixture of runs since then. Mainly 30 min runs but I have also done a few Parkruns which take me about 40 mins at the moment and a few shorter run.
I am starting JuJu's plan this week and excited and nervous at the same time. I am going to do the timed version as I am still a very "slow" runner (don't mind that I am slow and I am getting faster but distance might be demotivating at this point).

Hello, you'll be just fine. You will grow in confidence the more experience you get
Welcome. I’ve just completed Ju jus magic 10 on times as like you I didn’t think i could do the distance. But it’s built my confidence to the point I will probably do it again with the distance once I get used to running for 60 mins. So go for it. 🏃🏻♀️😊
Big congrats on graduating 😀😀😀. Ju-Ju’s plan is lovely and spaced out well. And you are well on way already having run 40 mins. Slow and steady builds that time up beautifully. Enjoy and happy running 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
