I always run in miles, km's confuse me! π I've been fortunate that I haven't had any injuries for such a long time. I average around 3-4 runs a week and long may it continue π
It was good to see you pop up in response to my "Toast Post" this morning. I had wondered whether you'd gone. It's good to see you back, I hope all is ok now I always appreciated your encouraging replies to my posts βΊοΈ
I remember you - always so encouraging! I'm kind of lurking really... not running at the mo due to breaking ankle in July. Told physio I wouldn't run again till after Christmas so sticking to that!
