Hi everyone. Some may remember me from before on this forum as well as the Marathon one. I just wanted to say hello again. I'm back here after a challenging time and feeling lucky to reconnect with my running friends again 😊🙏

I always run in miles, km's confuse me! 🙈 I've been fortunate that I haven't had any injuries for such a long time. I average around 3-4 runs a week and long may it continue 😊

I remember you - always so encouraging! I'm kind of lurking really... not running at the mo due to breaking ankle in July. Told physio I wouldn't run again till after Christmas so sticking to that!
