I could make a load of excuses about how I’ve been ill this week, but basically it was hot and I could have done better. BUT I was there. I ran more than I walked, and I enjoyed it.
Hope everyone else had a lovely parkrun this morning too.

Well done!
Brilliant! That's what's important, getting out there and enjoying it. Looks like a nice parkrun!
Glad that you enjoyed your parkrun today, nice photo and a good time as well. 😊👍🏃
Looks lovely: is it National Trust? I fancy one near me which looks similar, Nostell Priory
Does Nostell Priory have a parkrun? I know it well, that would be a lovely place to run.
Yes it does, and possibly one of the 10k once a month that are at some NT sites, but I may be wrong on that one. I’m in West Leeds and Nostell is definitely on my to do list
I’m wrong on the 10k, but Clumber Park do the 10k and also have a parkrun: also on my list
Ooooh interesting. I live darn sarf now, but I shall put that on my to do list when I visit family and friends oop north.
No it’s not national trust. It’s Lydiard Park in Swindon. The park is always open to the public (£2.10) to park, and I think the house may sometimes be opened privately. It’s a lovely parkrun though. There is a lake but the parkrun course doesn’t go near it. There is also a cafe and toilets so everything you need.
Great to see you this morning E (very humid!) and spotted Fabulous450 gazelle past too. Lovely to be out there today 🥵
