Brilliant parkrun. ❤️ No PB today, but pleased with my time. Mighty warm, but gorgeous cool(ish) breeze helped. ☀️🏃‍♀️😀

Yahoo! New Parkrun PB, and at my home Parkrun too. My Garmin Forerunner 15 tells me I got 26:29.6. I’ll wait for official Parkrun text.

Flying feet D. What a great time 👍. You, Cheeky and Lexi’s posts got me up from my bed. Was not feeling runny at all. Had all the excuses lined up. We have a houseful of visitors. It’s too hot already but you guys got me up and out. Thanks for the motivation this morning. 😀

Hahaha I always laugh when that happens to me - and when I first began doing parkrun I used to get passed by people walking! Oh the shame! 😅😅😅

It was far too hot for me this morning... 19 degrees in sunny Yorkshire. A tough one but I knocked 2 mins of my pb ... don’t know how! 😂
