I am so relieved! I thought I had lost my joy in running but I put on an old fave playlist and did a gentle 5.6k. It was worth being slower for the happy run feeling. It was also cooler and rained half way through which helped.Happy bank holiday Monday all! :)

Nice. Well done you. I love those runs. I had a lovely Parkrun on Saturday and got that nice comfortable happy running feeling. I did 14K yesterday and enjoyed the first 10K, I should have stopped then. The last 4K were not so happy. But I’m delighted to have a rest day today.😀

Thank you! oooohhh..14k..I can only dream! I have managed over 10k 3 times but not of late due to migraines. It's just nice not to struggle quite so much from start to finish. Have a happy rest day. You surely deserve it! :)

Amazing, CCM, what a feel-good post! It sounded as though you loved that run, which is just the way it should be! ❤️😀

Thanks Ktosk.... I do need a goal to get me out of the door really, but it is just nice to be able to actually run again. Have a lovely rest of the day! :)
