Well it's been nearly a month since I managed a 15k run and this finally felt like the first decent run since then.
The breathing felt ok from the start so deliberately set off at a decent pace and although the last 2k were hard I managed to maintain all the splits around 6.30ish per km.
Really happy after a tough month with the asthma and hopefully plenty more good runs to come this summer.
Run happy, run safe.
