Best run in ages

Well it's been nearly a month since I managed a 15k run and this finally felt like the first decent run since then.

The breathing felt ok from the start so deliberately set off at a decent pace and although the last 2k were hard I managed to maintain all the splits around 6.30ish per km.

Really happy after a tough month with the asthma and hopefully plenty more good runs to come this summer.

Run happy, run safe.

Yes I went when it was really bad about 3 weeks back and they changed my inhaler and have me prednisolone, I'm going to go back and try to get some more pred as an insurance as in 2 weeks im heading off to the states for a fortnight and don't want to get it bad over there!!!
