So that's my short run done! I did 3k, so I seem to be running week 2π€ Might have to do week 2 twice! Note to self - after longer runs, do more stretching! Two days after my record breaking 6kπ my muscles are feeling mutinous π¬π€£π€£ (and I did put my shoes on before I left the house) Happy running, peeps.

I ran a small experiment and swapped my pair's L for R, just out of curiosity. Sadly, nothing revolutionary happened but it's good to know. It's called 'customised gear'.
They are fabulous β get yourself seenβ socks. Hope they keep helping. π
