Was at the gym today for 2 classes with a half hour break in between so I thought I’d try my hip out with a bit of running. Started C25K at week one run one on treadmill And completed it with no pain in hip or leg. So I’ll move to run 2 on Friday all being well. Hip hip hoorah 😃 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
