So out I went this morning and on a beautiful autumn morning ! I was running really well and itโs all down to my HIIT x2 this week. I felt better,breathing was great and managed to complete the first part of my run which was 5k in 39 mins so I was well chuffed with that.
So I carried on and as I was venturing off the main drag I ran the country lanes with glee and great happiness....... but then disaster struck! Well slight exaggeration. My beautiful brooks came into contact with cow poo๐ฉ๐ฉ and as we had bad weather yesterday it was very clarty! Squiggy! etc etc etc.๐ and of course smelly! Needless to say my Brooks are well and truly christened ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Lots of branches down and the conkers are strewn around so it really is that time of year yippee! The smell of autumn is really here.
Anyway! back to work for me tomorrow and Sunday so Iโll be out running again next week with some more HIIT.
Oh before I go I actually ran over 6k so had a good run all in all.๐คฃ๐คฃ

Well Dexy ! Iโm a bit crafty as I have another pair of running shoes that are just specifically for the dreadmill. They are very pink so they are just right for that.๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Thanks Deals1 ! The app is an HIIT interval timer app you can download from the App Store for free. It has a blue background with 30 written on the front. Itโs easy to use and you can adjust the time and the amount intervals you want to do.Good luck.๐๐ค๐ค
