That was a bit of a battle, especially the last kilometre...but it's done. Now all I need to do is keep up the momentum π³! 2 weeks to go before the 10K race...should I just do short, faster runs now, or go for 2x5K runs and another 10k next week? Advice will be gratefully received π. P S takes me nearly 90 mins to do the 10k, so very much a π. Happy running everyone π»π

And 10k race for me on April 7th. I'm doing 5k max this week and no speed work as I don't want to risk tweaking a muscle before the big day., so I'll be marshalling parkrun on the 6th to help stay in the groove.
