and it was all going so well lol! I was going for a longer run today ( about 6 to 7k ) and managed a 5.5k at a slow 8.27 pace and struggled all the way round with everything! Thankfully reading the forum made me realise that most runners have this at some time or another. Fingers crossed Wednesday will be better. I may have been dehydrated as I was out all day yesterday and only drank about half of what I usually wood (no booze though unfortunately). Happy week everybods!

Hey CRAZYCATME ...don't worry one bit about how long it took you or that you struggled...you've answered your own concerns anyway...most of us experience a bad run some more than others...and guess what?? It's ok! There are better runs waiting for you our there, the rubbish ones are just sent to test us, put the distance and the stamina in the bank and take them out with you next time...good luck on your next run x

As you say CCM we all get a bad run now and again! Sometimes there's a reason which is helpful so we don't repeat that, but sometimes it's just one of those things! I'm sure Wednesday's will go better 😀
