Well I had no intention of doing it and to be honest was in two minds whether to go for a run or not this morning as for a 2nd day I felt like someone had sucked all the energy ouf of me. But I hoped the fresh air would make me feel better and if I ended up walking at least I had got out👍
So I did a half hearted warm up in the garden and a 4min walk and started a slow jog, I'll see if I can make it to the church and back about 3.5k no pressure!
Well I kept it slow and steady and was feeling a lot better and found my happy pace and just kept going, in the rain too, 7k in 60mins, well chuffed🤗
