Greetings all. Achieved C25k yesterday, now up for the next challenge. Have loved the C25k approach so hoping joining here will help me keep the momentum.
Was delighted to (just) beat 5k in the 30mins. Now want to build on duration and pace.
As well as getting running the motivation from running has also made cutting the booze and food intake easier. Now half a stone lighter too. Also discovered some nice low calorie alcohol free (almost) beer.
Onwards and upwards!

Hi Al and thanks. I did ask for my badge yesterday and it appears in the C25k hub stuff next to my post. Maybe some IT weirdness that's it's not managed to get to the 10k world.
Congratulations on your graduation GadgeS3C! Achieving 5k in 30 mins by the end of c25k is quite a feat so well done! All the best for your future running journey π
Thanks all. Have been very impressed with the advice and support here - not that I've posted much! Too much work this week so unlikely to be running until Friday - but looking forward to a 2.5k run - W1R1.
