Since December I have been troubled with a niggly ankle. After seeing doctor, x-Ray and physio tendonitis was diagnosed. Walking and normal everyday things are fine but as soon as I twist or bend/crouch it is an ouch π So no running for weeks only walking and daily stretches, but now I am allowed to jog a little as well as daily, more taxing stretches! I use an interval timer to walk 90 secs and jog 60 secs repeated ten times. I am happy to be running (well sort of!) again and looking forward to starting C25k when I am allowed. Mr Squiggs is getting used to the intervals and even recognises the chime to indicate it is time to slow down, clever doggie πΎπΎπΆ. I am also training him not to pull, because it hurts my ankle, but it is tricky because he loves to pull!
It is great to read all the posts and see lovely photos. Happy running everyone π

Thanks Paul....slowly but surely. Regarding the hair cut - you may notice it looks a bit 'untidy'. I had a go at clipping him myself , in between visiting the professional groomer. Should have gone to Specsavers!!π
Great to see you back posting on here skysue16 , sounds like it has been a frustrating time. Really glad that you are slowly getting back to running again - take it easy and lots of luck!π
Thank you very much for your best wishes. Yes, looking forward to gradually building up to the lovely long runs I used to love. Unfortunately fell over Squiggy's lead this afternoon so now my hand is aching and will no doubt be all bruised in the morning! π
