Peckham Rye. Horrible hill at the end ๐ But apart from that I really enjoyed this one. Really happy to come 1st in my age category. (Not many old folk live round here I think). ๐
Then to Dulwich for a lovely lunch with son and grandson.
My first and last Parkrun of this visit sadly.

Glad you enjoyed your run today Brian, apart from the hill at the end it seems to have been a really good one you, no more runs at that park, but you can have happy memories of it.
Thank you o61. Yes, just started feeling myself in the last 2 days. So really happy that I managed at least 1 Parkrun before I leave. Brother is on the mend it seems. We went for a walk round the park too which he coped with. Remarkable really considering heโs only 2 weeks out of surgery. I wore the shirt in his honour today! Got lots of thumbs up which is lovely. Mumโs perked up no end since I arrived and weโve been out and about too which really cheered her up. All in all itโs been lovely so far. Will make leaving harder than ever.
Sorry I missed your post about your cold last weekend. I was suffering one at the same time and couldnโt do that weekโs parkrun either. The colds are particularly nasty this year. Glad you are feeling better now. ๐คง๐ค๐ท
Thank you Dexy. Iโm feeling much better but I woke up this morning with my first ever sore knee. Oh dear if itโs not one thing itโs another. Glad I got the Parkrun in though ๐ Hope you and UTS are enjoying the holiday over there too.
