Finally managed to banish the ranger today on my first run for a full week. Should’ve been doing a 30 minute run with intervals for W5R3 of Ju-Ju’s plan but couldn’t face the intervals n just wanted to run after several days of vegetating in front of the fan so set off with no goal in mind n didn’t even care that it was raining
Managed 40 minutes n then started feeling tired and sluggish, probably a legacy of the severely curtailed activity this week so left it at that. Really enjoyed it, even the rain was lovely. Glad I didn’t leave it any later though, it started pouring about 15 minutes after I got home
Onwards to Week 6 now as I’m a week behind 🏃♀️
