Starting out on the bridge tomorrow ๐Ÿ‘

After six weeks of consolidation which has frankly been a bit up & down, I feel I need a bit more structure to my running and so Iโ€™m starting @ju-ju-โ€˜s magic plan tomorrow. I have a 5-miler in April and a 10k in June. Realistically I expect to walk part of each of these, but I have another 10k in November which is when I really do expect to be running it all. Having experienced the magic of C25k, though, I know that anything is possible!! Looking forward to it, and thank you to @ju-ju- for creating it ๐Ÿ‘

That's great๐Ÿ˜Š

I was nervous, oddly I found it helped it I looked at the plan vertically rather than horizontally. That way it is only an increase of 1km per week, and some weeks not even that ๐Ÿ˜Š.

I screen shot it into my gallery and then started ticking off the runs.

Enjoy it๐Ÿคฉ

I agree: the vertical view is ok! I too have taken a screenshot ๐Ÿ‘

I deliberated for ages before doing the 10k plan, but wish I had done it sooner! I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it very manageable and very motivating. You are going to love it, Molly - 10k is well within your grasp! xxx

I am sure that you will find going from 5k to 10k much easier than 0 to 5. Just treat it as "no problem ". I did the first 8k run pretty slowly but built on that confidence and managed to run the rest of the runs a bit more quickly. You will do this; a piece of ๐ŸŽ‚ ๐Ÿ˜Š

Welcome to the bridge. I agree with Beachcomber, 5 to 10 is easier than 0 to 5. It works in the same way as C25K, you follow the program and you get there. Enjoy!

Welcome molly. You can even go up by .5km per week. Thereโ€™s no rush. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thank you everyone: I can see this forum is going to be as welcoming and supportive as C25k ๐Ÿ˜Š
