Time is going to be very tight for me over the next couple of weeks because of work, so went out this morning with the intention of finishing ju-ju’s magic 10 a week early. Must admit it was a bit on the warm side today, but I plodded on and made the magic 10

I think that’s where I might stop, not the running but distance. I do get a little bored 😱. Going to try and speed up my 5k and do up to 10km. Can’t believe I have got this far, it feels good
