The calm before the storm...

I haven’t posted for a while as I’ve just been plodding along around the 5K mark for a while. Last week I started Ju-Ju’s Magic 10K plan and I’m really enjoying the challenge again. Yesterday was a cracker of a day and it felt truly invigorating to be out on such a crisp, winter’s morning. I just hope I can muster the same enthusiasm to head out into the more inclement conditions this weekend! Happy running all and good luck to all the Ju-Ju 10k magicians. 😉

Beautiful photo - and yes, I think today is my weekend run day, due to the local amber weather warning for tomorrow and cancellation of the London Winter run that I was due to run. As you say - the calm before the storm!
