Hi everyone, sorry i'm new to this, but i recently completed C25K and im starting 5k to 10k .

i have a plan for my three runs a week but i was wondering what days should i do interval workouts and/or hill running as mentioned in Ju-Ju's magic plan? my run days are scheduled for Tuesdays/Thursdays and Sundays.

thank you everyone in advance

Have you had a look at the Nike Running Club (NRC) app? It's free and you don't need to buy Nike stuff to use it.It has lots of guided runs including intervals, a lot of us really like it. It also has a 10k plan which suggests a schedule of runs to bring you up to 10k over a couple of months. You can stretch it over a longer period too.

Good luck 😁

yeah you do a mix of runs 🙂. Carefully progressing as with C25k. That’s true of any plan though.

I did C25k+ after completing C25k. These are the Stepping Stones podcasts designed to take your running to the next stage I loved them! I kept them on my play list and run them as they pop up

Ju Ju is a good plan, as is the NRC free app with its dozens of guided coached runs to hold your hand

Just take it steady and have fun 😀👍🏃‍♀️

If you're doing the magic plan I would do interval/Hill training in your shortest session. Wh9chever day that falls is fine, as you're running 3 times a week so can have at least a day off in between runs.
