I’ve been really visualising this run since Thursday as I feel I could go further if I didn’t get bored. Set off with a really positive attitude and it made a huge difference. My 5k was about the easiest so far and despite a short walk soon after, I picked it up again and got to 7k in under 54 min. That’s a benchmark set for the year I feel. Just need the right attitude and a variety of routes. Here goes my first full running year . . . .
