I hope everyone is managing to fit in some quality runs over the holiday season and is staying healthy and well.
I didn't do parkrun on Christmas day, I was too busy cooking, but went this morning and it was a fabulous one (& my first sub 30...28.28) despite spending last night drinking with great friends who we don't get to see often! Apparently 181 turned out to the Christmas day run, a very dedicated bunch!
Have a great new year everyone & thank you all so much for helping me along since starting c25k in September, I can't wait to get stated in Jan with ju ju's next plan! Enjoy!!!

Congrats on your sub-30 park run uncle wiggy! 🤗🏃👏 I had a fab park run today too, despite being weighed down with multiple portions of Christmas pud! Happy new year! 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks cheeky, I just latched on to a father and daughter & held on for dear life... These kids make it look so easy! 😤
I have added a bit of distance since grad, to aid going into the new year but am still well short of 10k....looking forward to ju ju's plan after following you guys success 😉
Good plan latching on to some speedsters. Maybe I should have done the same with my daughter who ran parkrun for the first time today and did it in 31.09! Oh to have young legs! 🏃♀️🏃♀️
That's a great time for her first parkrun! I've struggled to get my son out running with me but he has finally agreed to come to a parkrun as a bribe for me to play twister last night! 😂
Thanks Dexy, I've felt it coming for a while due to how much easier my usual slower runs have been. I won't be aiming to match that pace for a while tho!
I'm sure 2019 will bring you many goals & achievements!
