Ok, so what I mean is "mud". It makes me happy!πππ½ββοΈ (albeit quite a bit slower!) Building work on the house (and associated disruption) is finished, plus I am off for two weeks. Time at last to go running every other day again and having more time to come on here (I have missed the lovely folk and support on this forum). I have had a few months where my time for running was really eaten in to, although I tried to get out whenever I could and really missed it when I could not run π‘. I am a much happier person when I run regularly so it is great to be back in a better routine at last! π
Happy running to everyone!

Thankyou, slinky has recovered really well, she recently got the all clear to to use exertion on her excercise, so is now contemplating restarting running and doing c25k again..π
Glad to hear you are able to get back to running regularly and more time catch up on here! A question - How do you clean your shoes? I find mine smell a lot after getting wet and muddy!
A hose and a stiff brush (if needed, but a decent hose is usually enough) and then stuff with newspaper to dry! I am quite speedy and practised at it now!π
