Since it’s the time of year to be looking back there were a couple of tracks on my Spotify play list today that struck a chord. At this point I must emphasize that it’s a playlist I chose for it’s bpm NOT the music as it’s certainly not a reflection of my preferred listening!! I also tend to hear snippets as opposed to the whole lyrics so the overall sentiment of the tracks may not be appropriate. That said, these bits stuck with me . .
This is 10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 50% pain and 100% reason to remember the name. This could be the subtitle of C25K!! Just juggle the numbers depending on your run! It’s by Fort Minor and quite explicit so beware - the pace is great for me though

I use 165-170 but if you’ve a Fitbit you can see what your usual speed is and then just plug it in as a search. Someone had already made my playlist (I’m lazy - and not sure how to do it!!)
Thanks Sybilw! I don't have a fit bit or Garmin and after finding out how much quicker I was with music, after quite a while of listening to podcasts (and enjoying both to be honest) I think I will look into more music options on Spotify.
