I've just arrived home from delivering cards and running too! Only 3k though. Great minds think alike. This was actually my second 'card run'. Extra bonus, made almond paste/marzipan to cover our Christmas cake after dinner. Normally I would repeatedly taste the marzipan, just to receive helpful feedback (of course) about the taste, but with a run later, I didn't want indigestion and so didn't keep sampling the marzipan. What is this running lark doing to me?! It's amazing that I now feel allowed to run around the place for fun, whereas that running around for fun was, in my mind, for children! Happy running to you!

Well done you and to choose running over marzipan is very impressive 😀. It is very easy to get caught up with setting ourselves challenges that we forget to get out and run just because we can.

Running errands is my fave I do my run then do some shopping, post letters, collect parcels, pay bills etc. It’s great innit 👍😃
