10k hit this evening

Since finishing couch to 5k a few weeks ago I’ve been following the bupa 1/2 marathon plan in preparation for the great north run.

Tonight finished week 4 which had a final run of 60 minutes but kept going and hit 10km in 60 minutes 56 seconds! I’ve not ran this far without stopping for a very very long time and my split times improved over the last 3k

Onto next week which ends with an 11k long run
