My last post was about losing that great feeling that the C25k app gave me, well I am pleased to report that with the help of the Nike Run Club Guided Run about goals was the total therapy I needed this morning.
I was supposed to be only doing my W3 R1 3.5k but the app lasted long enough to do 5.4K, no stopping, not a single gremlin cutting in. Buzzzzing now. I would recommend to anyone.
Feeling positive again.

Well done! I did the headspace run on Sunday too! Really enjoyed it. No music just occasional chat. Have you made a training plan? I did and tried to assign the run to the plan but I couldn’t do it.
I'm following Ju-Ju's plan to 10K . I started Wk3 this morning. It was supposed to be a 3.5k but I ran over 5k as the app completed and It just felt so easy.
I might have carried on if I didn't have to go to work!! It put my head back in the game. Try it
