Nike Run Club

Thanks for the recommendations about Nike Run Club, I downloaded it a few weeks ago and have been using it couple of times a week. Today I did a 3km jog with one of the coaches before work

Fantastic! It’s a great app with so much variety. There are a LOT of fans here. I’m hoping to take Coach B out on a comeback run in the next few days. Have fun with it!

The best bit for me was trying speedier runs for the first time. The guidance is so clear. I wasn’t expecting to have so much fun! You’ve got a whole load of fun times ahead!

I love the NRC app! Coach Bennett is my favourite. He does podcasts now as well. I find I really want to listen to him and the run just flies by.

I've not tried him yet. I've found a coach called Cory who I like listening to.

Ah yes, I like Cory, too! I thought coach Bennett was a little ‘cheesy’ to begin with, but soon grew to like him!

🍏 I love the fun sounding names on that app!! So much inspiration, excellent coaching & good laughs too. Certainly my favourite go too if I want a guided run! Glad you are enjoying them too!
