Well I did it and braved the rain, managed to get round and did three planks when I got back home. Not sure how many Ju Ju wants us to do. Anyway I did three and an added added extra was Myfanwyi our youngest black lab. She chose to lie beside me and watch, I did think that she might have joined in instead of eyeing me up and down with that “ I think mam has gone absolutely bonkers now” look on her face👀🤣🤣🤣

Anyway hope everyone else is doing ok!🤗🤗

Good job Peggy59! Bonus points for you post run planking too, good work... Must be lovely having an audience when you’re mid plank! 🤣

I think I might have a go at the 2.5K next, the interval runs sound quite good, looking forward to that one 👍 (not loving the planks tho 😬)

Thanks ThunderSloth. Yes they are Hardish.I think I did them right from what I can remember when I used to do the occasionally a while ago. It’s the squats I’m not looking forward to😳😳

Well done on the run and the planks. At least your pooch only watches. I was doing elbow planks in leggings and a very baggy top a long while ago when my then kitten decided that the inside my top was a good place to settle down 😮. Managed to get out of it without squashing her.

🤣🤣🤣 that’s so funny Annie! I’m pleased Myfanwy didn’t try that one. So I need to do 5.5k and 5k next aswell as more planks.

Yes she is quite good really and for a Labrador she’s very slight,proper lady like. Ha! I’m pleased she didn’t get on my back.That would have been a plank and a half wouldn’t it? Our other lab who is her uncle is bigger,so I’m pleased he didn’t try.🤪🤪🤣🤗

I don’t think I’ve ever done more than 1 plank - I thought you just did them for longer? (My record is 4 mins, but that was a daft competition that I’m not planning on ever repeating!!! 😂😂😂)

Hi mountaindreamer! Yes I’m doing ju jus plan again. I did start it ages ago. But I thought I’d give it another go as I’m going to do some 10k races next year. I did three planks but not for as long as you did🤣🤣🤣.

Anyway how things with you?. Sorry this is late as I’ve not been home from work long.

Well done! How you count planks? How long do you hold the position?

Hi iga! I count to maybe 10 and I really just hold the pants until I can’t do it anymore. Which in all honesty is not long at all. So today I’m going to try and hold them a wee bit longer.🤗🤗

How are you doing? I’m still not finished the first week yet. Work just gets in the way !😩😩
