Now completed week 4 of the magic 10!
Strange start to the week for which I'm blaming dreary weather and work stress.
Planned to run Monday, couldn't get up in time, Tuesday repeat of Monday!
So I definitely had to go weds afternoon and did a nice 4k. Friday was my day off and a beautiful sunny day and I really enjoyed finding a new route to run to the river and thrilled that I ran for 50 minutes and achieved 8k. How did that happen!!
Weekend back in work and pretty tired this afternoon but couldn't miss my 5k, a bit painful after the long run and a few lunges last night to reduce stress to the bad knee. Was anyone else exercising while watching strictly?! 😁💃
Got tomorrow off, so have a lovely pie for dinner and cheeky trip to the pub.🏃♀️🥧🍺
