So chuffed, ran my 10k in 1hour10mins and 9 seconds, I can’t beluevev it guys. Only started C25k in April and now I’m running 10k runs in races. Thanks to you all for all your support and my moanings the last few weeks. We can all do it, we are runners, hooray.

Excellent Ageless lass, I also started C25K in April and graduated 9 weeks later without needing to do any repeats but I have not ran a 10K, well done.
Well, that put everything into perspective Agelesslass! Congratulations to you, and that’s definitely a t-shirt to be seen in at the running club ! Yay 🏃♀️🏅👏👏👏👏👏
Well done! I started in April too! I was going to do my first 10K end of August but had to visit my parents as my mother was unwell. I am registered for the Greenham 10K on 14th October so that’ll be my debut in the world of 10K races! Your time was good and hopefully I’ll come in at about that time too. However as a first 10K I’m just aiming to get round. You certainly look like a runner & I hope you treated yourself to something nice afterwards - you earned it!
Us ‘maturer’ ladies can show the youngsters how to persevere 😉
