This has been a long time coming - graduated from C25k in May, when my 5k at Park Run was 35 minutes. Since then I have been improving my time very gradually, two steps forward one step back kind of thing. Really pushed myself at today's Park Run, I was determined to crack that 30 minute barrier, and I did it with just 10 seconds to spare! A great feeling to have achieved this... now just that 10k to crack!
Whoopee! I'm a sub-30 minuter!: This has been... - Bridge to 10K
Whoopee! I'm a sub-30 minuter!
Thats amazing well done ..a great achievement ...you should be so proud 😊😊🏃🏃
Nice one. It does take time to get where you're going but so worth it when you get there. 👏👏👏
Fantastic! Well done on your new pb and good luck with your bridge to 10!☺
That doesn’t sound like a shuffle to me! Well Done, that’s an excellent time Mutley.
Good work, Mutley! That is such a milestone. Enjoy the 10k programme, it is so much fun! 😁👏👏
Well done you, that’s fab!! I went for a cheeky 5k this morning, I haven’t been out for a week due to well, life, but I still can’t break 30 mins. I did a PB so not all bad but at 30:23 I’m still a little way off.
Good luck with B210K - I loved it!!
Thank you BlondeAmbition72 😊 You only have a few seconds to get rid of, you will soon be there! Yes looking forward to cracking 10k, I am nearly there. Signed up for a 10k race on 16th so gotta get a move on!
Brilliant! ... well done!
You'll soon be running 10k.
Good luck and happy running!
Well done Mutley! 🎉🎉🎉 Many 10k graduates are still trying to get to a sub-30 mins for their 5k after reaching the 10k milestone, so that’s a huge tick! 😃❤️❤️
Well done you! Brilliant! Doesn't sound like a long time coming to me! 🍾🍾🍾👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤸♀️⭐️In this running 'game' it is 'fun' to find all sorts of targets and work at them and then I find it gives such a good feeling when they are met. Congratulations again!
Thank you! 😁
