Started the Bridge to 10k podcast this week . Laura very helpful but cannot STAND the banging music. Please can you develop an app where you can play your own music!

The music is to match the pace they want you to do and it varies stick with it, these podcasts are fab! If you can hack the music the running is a cinch
I use audiofuel stuff sometimes - I agree with misswobble you just zone out and the rhythm just sort of drives your legs ( a bit like they're on auto pilot). I couldn't do it every run - but sometimes it makes for easy running. Can't be certain that it's good for the mind (or soul) though!
