I'm interested in doing a bit more now I can run for 30 minutes plus. Is this the app folks on here ahave downloaded? Just wondered if there was another NHS app? I'd appreciate any advice - cheers ๐

There's no official app, but there is a whole slew of "pretender" apps in the normal places.
A lot of folk here follow ju-ju- 's plan - see the Pinned Posts on the right for a flavour. There's a new 8-week cycle starting up over the next few days, so drop ju-ju a message and get yourself signed up.

You could just use the c25k app and do it twice, maybe with a wee walky break in the middle the first couple of times

of course i was just joking.. building up the long run by 10% a week is a good target. You can drop the distance on one of the other runs too as the 10% is a weekly increase across all your runs, which is pretty much what ju-jus plan follows

Sami Murphy and Bluefin do 10K apps which many of us have used... I did Sami Murphy and then have done Ju's twice or three times ??? after injury... slow and structured
