Hi I'm going to complete couch 2 5k over the weekend i.e. Tomorrow

Is there an actual series of podcasts for bridge 2 10k?

Cheers

Yes if you search on Bridge to 10k you will find the podcasts. I'm on my phone at the moment and don't know how to cut and paste the link! Bit useless really with this bit of kit. If you can't find it, reply to this and I'll send you the link when I am on my laptop! 😀 Good luck! 👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻😀😀

Well done for being ready already for the next challenge.

Many find (some the hard way... I was one of them) that it's good to take time to consolidate and just get used to running regularly after c25k. Good luck whatever you chose.

If you find them can you let me know where they are, as I'm thinking about maybe doing it in the new year. :-)

Stay with the 30 mins for now then going to 5k first, don't rush to go to 10k!😊

Cheers Dave that's what I was thinking - Few weeks of 30 mins and then 5k!!!

Yeah, but don't beat yourself up if you don't quite reach 5k for a little while, as the saying goes, practice makes perfect, and in this game, slowly..😊

What Dave said! Push too fast too soon and you will get an injury, as I found out

Haha don't fret you have done really well getting this far I'm just saying don't do what I did and run a 8k the week after graduating c25k and end up with a bust achilles.
