My son andcI have just completed C25k and are now looking to follow programme/app to coach us to 10K. Is there another App please as we find it so helpful?

I second Deals1 in recommending ju-ju- ‘s Magic 10. Lots of us have done it, and some have done it several times. I’m about to embark on it again, and the next one starts very soon. It’s not an app, but a fab plan. Watch out for the post about it on here if you like. 👍

Hello , welcome to the bridge to 10k. Juju’s plan worked for me, but do make sure you consolidate your 30 minute runs for a few weeks first and then extend to 5k . Have fun.

Thank you. We are in the process of consolidating. We are about to do the 3rd 30 minute run after graduating and plan another week or two of consolidation. We will definitely follow Ju-Ju’s plan.
