Week 3 run 2

Really wasn't looking forward to running this morning. I hadn't run since Thurs last week. Sun was supposed to be a running day but helped out at the local carnival and walked over 22 thousand steps . Over slept Monday morning so decided deffo that I needed to be up and out running this morning.

The wind was blowing a hoolie and I thought oh well for half my run it will be behind me and for the way home I'll be running into the wind.

Still get amazed by how far I can run without stopping, from non runner in April to almost ten k .

I won't ever be the fastest . But I absoflipponlutely love running

Well done Deborahchick46 ...doesn’t matter about speed does it?? You’re enjoying your runs and that’s all that matters...and an extra rest day can make all the difference 😉
