Winter still has it's icy grip all over Newcastle and as I type a veritable blizzard is going on outside.
However I managed to get out before the worst of it and despite the ice managed to knock a minute off my best 6k time.
Very happy with that and if felt better than some of the other recent runs breathing wise.
Onwards to week 3. Run happy, run safe.

Well done. I did 6k this morning it wasn’t snowing but a steady heavy drizzle.
Excellent running. Still can't figure out whether it's a horse or just modern art your route is depicting 
A modern art horse maybe?, once the weather improves hopefully I won't have to be trotting around the same streets and can get out into the countryside 😁
