Winter still has it's icy grip all over Newcastle and as I type a veritable blizzard is going on outside.
However I managed to get out before the worst of it and despite the ice managed to knock a minute off my best 6k time.
Very happy with that and if felt better than some of the other recent runs breathing wise.
Onwards to week 3. Run happy, run safe.
