First 10k

Well after completing the couch 2 5k at the end of March I have now completed my first 10k run. Did I ever think this was possible at the beginning of January, not a hope, but with a bit of perseverance and determination I managed it. Body suffering today but my head is buzzing that I have actually done it.

If I can do it then you can do it. good luck to all who are trying to progress.

Hope your legs recover soon!
