I’m on week 4 of of ju-ju 10 is the magic number, and today was meant to be 8k but I felt I had some fuel in the tank after 8 and I only went and did 10k 😀. I know that’s not the way to do the plan but I couldn’t help myself, and I’m well chuffed. I’m of to Cornwall Sunday so hopefully my 3 runs next week will be along side the camel estuary. And I promise I will stick to the plan from now on 😂
I use the Nike + app for my runs but for some reason it’s a bit hit and miss on showing the route you took and just shows what they call the pace circle which seems a bit pointless.
Keep it going everyone 😀

I did exactly the same, ran 10k in week 4. In my case, by accident as Im not good at looking at my Garmin without glasses, and i had lost count of the 1k buzzes. So well done!
A one off won’t hurt Gary just try to keep in the 10% increase as a rule... don’t worry I’m in the bad books for overdoing my first run back after injury so you’re in good company 👍
Wow huge well done, but yes, cut back on the mileage next week to give your legs a rest... and I am in Cornwall too ( Hayle). Enjoy your running it’s a lovely spot....
