Hi all, since completing c25k in early February, I have been following a myasics plan to deliver a 1 hour 10k on the 5th of may (penmaenmawr big rock run). Training was going really well but then a injured my calf muscle and had to miss two weeks worth of planned runs. I have been able to run properly again for just over a week and today was my first 10k fast (to be run in the gear you will be using on race day).

So I went out in my new running shorts and T-shirt (so much less than i normally wear!) I was amazed at the results 😊
