First 10k race!

Can't believe I ran in my first 10k race today!! I started with the C25K last April, joined a Running group, and have been training for the 10K since Christmas. 1hr 15 mins - not quick, but I would never have believed i could do it this time last year !!!!

That's fantastic. What race did you do, how was running with lots of people? What was the course like?

It was the Norfolk Gazelles Valentine 10K. There was over 550 runners and it's a road race on country lanes, 1 lap. Some "up hill" parts which I find really hard - not used to hills in Norfolk 😀
