And then to the beach. Just thought I'd update my progress.
First time walking round the shop since early July. Now my cupboards are well stocked. This treatment seems to be having a huge impact .
Not running yet but increasing walking a bit at a time.
I'm loving reading posts so keep running keep posting VRB's

Doing my own shopping was a huge step forward, it's easy to park near the top of the beach, and the sky was so dramatic 😀. Apparently the third treatment in October will be the game changer and I'll start to get my energy levels back 😀

Nothing like getting in to a supermarket when you haven't been for ages! i hope you bought yourself a treat 🤣 You are very lucky to live so near the sea and see it in it's many changing moods. We've just come back from a week in the Highlands right by the sea. It was so peaceful - very restful - good for the soul 😊

what fabulous photos SAR. I managed my first run by the sea on Monday and loved it but haven’t done another due to getting blisters on the soles of my feet. We’ve averaged about 8 miles a day walking hence the blisters ☹️☹️☹️
Ouch at the blisters, plasters and 2 pairs of socks help
I’ll try that for my next run 🙏🙏
I buy supermarket own brand blister plasters, they are a lot cheaper than the compeed ones and as good I found
